First time borrowers will be required to complete the Master Promissory Note (MPN) online before their loan can be disbursed. Students will need their FSA ID to log on to www.studentaid.gov. MPN is a legally binding document between the student/borrower and the Department of Education. By signing the MPN, the borrower is taking full responsibility for the disbursed loans and understands they must be repaid.
