That is a great question, our goal is to create consistency so that students have a similar experience at all Tennessee Board of Regents schools (Community Colleges). We are one of the final schools to implement this fee. As a student, if you choose to attend another state community college for a class, you will now see the same fees you see here at Pellissippi State. There are many costs associated with offering online courses. To assist with the maintenance and software with offering the flexibility of online courses students are now responsible for sharing that cost with the college.
